We're a small team and we answer our own messages: there's no form here that ends up in someone else's CRM, and no sales filter in between. The channels below reach the same people who write the code, so use whichever suits you. We work from San José, Costa Rica (UTC−6) and run remote projects across any time zone, in Spanish or English.

What to tell us in your first message
No formal document or requirements spec needed. These four points let us give you a useful answer straight away, instead of spending three emails working out what the project is:
- The problem you want solved, in a sentence or two and in your own words.
- Whether something already exists — a site, an app, an internal system, a spreadsheet that got out of hand — or you're starting from zero.
- Whether a date or an event sets the deadline.
- The budget range you're working with, even a broad one.
